1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most locations across India.
In some remote areas, only prepaid payment options may be available.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link.
You can use it to track your package in real-time on our courier partner’s website.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

5. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for defective or wrong products only.
A complete unboxing video is required to validate the claim.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

6. Can I exchange my product?

Yes, exchanges are possible if you receive a wrong or defective product.
Once verified, we’ll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

7. How do I cancel my order?

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a small fee of ₹49 applies.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
